JOB MISSION

Are you ready to shape the Group’s public image, ensuring a strong and consistent presence both locally and internationally? In this role, you will craft the Group’s narrative, drive brand recognition, and make a lasting impact on its reputation and growth. By leading external communications, internal cultural initiatives, and charity projects, you will play a key role in shaping the dynamic and influential presence of Sun Finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shape and enhance the Group’s public image and external communications strategy
• Oversee and drive internal engagement initiatives, including company-wide activities, challenges, and events
• Manage the Group’s charity projects, ensuring effective execution and team coordination
• Craft compelling content—articles, press releases, interviews, and other communication materials—and ensure their strategic publication
• Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen the Group’s international presence and recognition
• Lead the creation of internal communication materials and oversee social media communication
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including media, agencies, and external organizations

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the communications field
• Proven experience in a leadership role, managing teams and projects
• Strong strategic thinking, process management, and planning skills
• Exceptional proficiency in both Latvian and English
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• A creative mindset, with the resilience to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge of digital communication channels, media, and emerging trends
